WSG Member Login
Member Log-in for Initial Users Go to the WSG Homepage: *http://www.worldservicesgroup.com* . Click on “Login” under "Member Only" tab on the top right hand side menu. Enter Member User ID and Password. Click “Submit”.
Member Log-in for Return Users Click on my account to the right at the top of the page, which leads you directly to your “My Account” page. Note: WSG homepage is customized to individual users after they initially log into their profile.
Member Log-in: Forgot Log-In Credentials? Go to the “Member Login” page and request your password. It will be sent to your e-mail box.
Member Login: Forgot Your Data Admin User ID and Password Go to Member Log In and click on "forgot Admin Password?". Type in your email and then check the box that says "Data Admin Credentials". As a WSG member, you will immediately receive your access codes.

Your WSG Profile
View / Modify Your Profile Member Login Click on the link entitled “View My Profile” to view the current information on your areas of practice, career & education. Cick on “Modify Your Profile” at the top right hand side of the page or go back to the profile page and click on the “Modify My Profile” link in the 1st section entitled “My WSG”. You will be redirected to the “Profile Update” page. Fill in the appropriate fields. Scroll down to bottom, select "Submit".
Update Your Photo Member Login Click on the link entitled “View My Profile” to view the current information on your areas of practice, career & education. Click on “Modify Your Profile” at the top right hand side of the page or go back to the profile page and click on the “Modify My Profile” link in the 1st section entitled “My WSG”. You will be redirected to the “Profile Update” page. Scroll down to the “Picture” section Click on the "Browse" button. Select the desired picture from your file directory. Note: It is best to upload pictures in .jpeg or .gif format. Pictures should also be of a 135 pixel width. Scroll down to bottom, select “Submit Profile”.
Manage Your Practice Areas “My Practice Categories” are defined by the areas of practice chosen for the profile./b/i Member Login Click on the link entitled “View My Profile” to view the current information on your areas of practice, career & education. Click on “Modify Your Profile” at the top right hand side of the page or go back to the profile page and click on the “Modify My Profile” link in the 1st section entitled “My WSG”. You will be redirected to the “Profile Update” page. Scroll down to the "Areas of Practice" section. Select / deselect areas of practice, and / or fill in the boxes. Note: Each member is allowed three additional areas of practices that may not be listed within the WSG areas of practice. Click on "Submit Profile" at the bottom of the page.
Manage Your "Preferred Contacts" *Preferred Contacts are listed in your “My WSG” page for ease of communication. A Private Group automatically formed of all your preferred contacts.* Member Login To select a person as a preferred contact, go to the individual’s profile page. You may locate their profile page by utilizing the member search tool. Note: You may look them up by name, firm, jurisdiction, or practice category. Once you have located their profile page, click on the “Add to My Contacts” tab on the top right hand corner of the page. To view your preferred contacts, click on the link entitled “Access My WSG” located on the far right hand side of the page. This will redirect you to your profile page. From your profile page, click on the link entitled “My Preferred Contacts” located in the right column of the page. The person whom you added to your preferred contacts will appear on the page. Send e-mails to all your Preferred Contacts by clicking on the “Communications” tab.
Manage Your "Jurisdictions" *Preferred Jurisdictions are listed on your “My WSG” page for convenient access.* Member Login Click on “Add / Manage my Jurisdictions” to select / change your preferred jurisdictions. On the “My States, Provinces & Countries” page, select the jurisdictions you have an interest in. Click on “Save your Selection” button at the bottom of the page.
Manage Your "Favorite Links" *Define your “Favorite Links” for easy access to pages that you visit frequently. Your “Favorite Links” are conveniently displayed on your “My WSG” page for your personal use,* Member Login Click on “Add & Manage My Links” to define your favorite links. Add the titles and links on the “Manage Your Links” page that comes up. Click on “Save Your Links” at the bottom of the page.
Where to Find Your Publications of Interest Member Login Scroll down to the bottom left hand side of the page You will find the section entitled, “My Interests – Publications” located in the left column of your “My WSG” page Click on any publication title to view the article.

WSG Open Groups
Open Groups bring together professionals practicing in similar areas/fields and facilitate the exchange of business and knowledge about current developments in their specific fields. They are organized by Practice Category and are given a title and purpose by the group leader to clearly reflect the specific topic at hand.

Steps to Join an Open Group Open Groups bring together professionals practicing in similar areas/fields and facilitate the exchange of business and knowledge about current developments in their specific fields. They are organized by Practice Category and are given a title and purpose by the group leader to clearly reflect the specific topic at hand. Member Login Click on the link entitled "View all Open Groups" listed under the "My Open Groups" title bar, located on the left column of your "My WSG Page". Click on the title of the open group. The group you selected will then open, displaying the existing group members. Click on "Join the Group" at the top left hand side of the page and you will automatically be added to the roster. To send an introductory email to the group, click on the link in the sub page that follows.
Where to Find an Open Group Once You have Joined Member Login Click on “All My Groups” under the “My Open Groups” title bar, located on the left column of your “My WSG” page. Click on the title of the open group from the listing that appears. The group you selected will then open, displaying all existing group members.
How to Invite Other Members to Join an Open Group *Anyone can invite members to join an Open Group.* Member Login Click on “All My Groups” under the “My Open Groups” title bar, located on the left column of your “My WSG” page. Click on the title of the open group from the listing that appears. The group you selected will then open, displaying all existing group members. Once the group is accessed, click on “Invite Members” on the top right hand side of the group. Use the first section “Search for WSG Members” to find members with potential interest in the group by searching terms, locations, and practice categories. Note: It is best to use specific industry or practice based on terms within quotes in the “keyword search” section to derive the appropriate list of WSG professionals who you are targeting. Use the second section “Invitation Email Preview” to modify the email you would like those being invited to the group to receive. Click on the “Submit” button in the first section to get your search results. Click on the “Check All” button at the bottom of the results to send all those in the results category an invitation. Click on the “Send Invitation Email” button to send the invitation email. Note: Only non group members will receive an email.
How to Communicate to Other Members of the Open Group Member Login Click on “All My Groups” under the “My Open Groups” title bar, located on the left column of your “My WSG” page. Click on the title of the open group from the listing that appears. The group you selected will then open, displaying all existing group members. Once you have accessed the Group, click on the tab entitled “Communications”. You may then enter the subject title and desired text into the boxes provided. Select the recipients by checking the box next to each individual’s name. Note: You have the option to “Check all boxes” or “Uncheck all boxes” by a click of your mouse. Click on “Send Message”. A confirmation page will appear displaying the subject title of your email and the name of the recipient. Note: You also have the option to Preview and Save your message.
Leave an Open / Private Group Member Login Click on “All My Open Groups” or “All My Private Groups” located on the left column of your “My WSG” page. A list of all your Open & Private Groups titled “WSG Networks” will appear. Click on the title of the Group you wish to leave. The group you selected will then open, displaying all existing group members. Click on the “Leave” button on the top right hand side of the box and you will be removed from the group instantly.

WSG Private Groups
Participation in Private Groups is strictly by invitation only. All WSG Members have the ability to create a group, invite other members to join the group.
Create a Private Group Member Login Click on “Create a Private Group” under the “My Private Groups” title bar, located on the left column of your “My WSG” page. Fill out group details with invitation e-mail contents. Provide Group name, purpose statement, and customized invitation e-mail. Click on “Create this Group” at the bottom of the page. Select “Invite Members” to define any criteria to identify members by industry, practice, world regions, jurisdictions, or any distinct interest. Note: Non-WSG members can also be invited to Open and Private Groups simply by providing their names and e-mail addresses Click on “Send Invitation Mail” at the bottom of the sub-page. Check back to see if your intended members accepted your invitation and joined the group.

WSG Member Search Tool
How to Use the Member Search Tool Member Login On the far right side of the WSG homepage, you will find the “Members Search” tool. Enter in the information to customize your search. Note: Keyword Search - This will enable you to search through all firm/company and professional profiles to find a particular topic or reference, i.e. and organization, common client, etc. To search phrases, please use “quotes”. Jurisdiction Representation – This will enable you to allocate every firm/company representing all available services industry members in WSG, i.e. Costa Rica, USA-Florida, Europe. Firm Name – This will enable you to search for members of a particular firm. Once you have entered your query information, click on “Professionals” to see a list of individual profiles, or “Firms” to list actual firm/company profiles. Note: Example If I am looking for WSG members in “Panama” that are members of the “International Bar Association”, I will enter the following information: Keyword Search: “International Bar Association" Jurisdiction Representation: Panama

WSG Member Publications
How to Submit a Publication Member Login Click on the link entitled "Publish My Articles". Then click on “Submit a Publication”. Enter the necessary information for the new Publication in the sub-screen that appears. To link the publication to the article on your website, please enter the link in the “Link to Additional Information” box. Click on “Save Article” at the bottom of the screen. Note: Your article will be submitted to WSG personnel for review and approval within 24 hours of submittal time. WSG Member Press Releases
How to Submit a Press Release Member Login Click on the link entitled "World Services Group Press Releases". Then click on “Submit a Press Release.” You will be redirected to a page displaying any press releases you have previously submitted. Once again, click on “Submit a Press Release". Enter in the necessary information in the sub-page that appears. Click on “Submit Your Press Release” at the bottom of the screen. Note: Your article will be submitted to WSG personnel for review and approval within 24 hours of submittal time. WSG Member Meetings / Events
Announce Your Meetings & Events Member Login Click on the link entitled "Announce Your Meetings / Events". You will be redirected to a page displaying any meetings /events you have previously announced via the WSG website. Click on “Submit a New Event”. Enter in the necessary information in the sub-page that appears. Click on "Submit Form” at the bottom of the screen.
