Additionally, other European employment matters of great significance, such as international transfers of business, the balance of powers in discrimination cases, data privacy/workplace monitoring, collective rebundancies, international HR management issues, international variable remuneration schemes and EWC/employee representation will also be addressed.
The aims of EELA are: - to bring together practising employment lawyers across the European union - to improve the implementation and understanding of the social dimension - to exchange views on the manner of such implementation - to strengthen links between EU employment lawyers.

The 25th Anniversary Conference gives the opportunity to participate in the promotion of the rule of law by hearing and examining the challenges to the rule of law that face us throughout the Commonwealth in places such as Pakistan, Fiji and Zimbabwe.
