Managing partner Konstantin Mikhel was designated as one of representatives of the Republic of Belarus to the Panel of Conciliators of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), an authoritative international arbitral institution, a member of the World Bank Group. The aim of ICSID is to facilitate resolution of disputes between foreign investors and States through conciliation or arbitration procedures. The ICSID maintains a list of conciliators and the list of arbitrators, which is formed of representatives of the States ratified the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between States and Nationals of Other States...

VMP Vlasova Mikhel & Partners Law office acted as legal advisor to Wargaming, the world's largest MMO developer and publisher of online games, at the conclusion of a strategic partnership agreement with the Belarusian mobile games studio Melesta Games. The project was lead by the Head of M&A practice Tatiana Emelianova. Tatiana commented: "We accompanied the deal at all stages: due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation and signing of documents. The result of our close work with Wargaming became an innovative for Belarusian geymdev business and M & A market product that combines international approaches and conditions of applicable Belarusian law"...
