Mika Ståhlberg acts as an adviser to companies and private equity investors in mergers and acquisitions transactions, both public and private. He also has extensive experience in assignments in the financing sector, both as an attorney and in-house counsel. Prior to joining Krogerus, Mika worked as a legal counsel for Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) (Helsinki Branch). Mika serves as chairman of the firm’s board of directors.
