Ariel E. Stern concentrates his practice in matters of commercial litigation, real estate litigation, business litigation, administrative law, and election law. Ariel regularly represents clients in Nevada's state and federal courts, as well as in administrative proceedings and arbitrations. He has represented gaming entities, insurance companies, financial institutions, real estate developers, private and public corporations, and individuals. Ariel has also represented political action committees and ballot advocacy groups in state-level initiative and referendum campaigns. Previously, Ariel worked in Senator Harry Reid's office overseeing day-to-day operations.
