Profile
Marko Vuori represents clients in financing, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate structuring matters. He also acts as a company law and corporate governance specialist in our most challenging assignments. Marko has participated in the founding of private equity funds and has assisted clients in securities law assignments, including share issues for publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Krogerus, Marko worked as a legal counsel for the National Board of Patents and Registration.
