Profile
Terhi Kauti is the head of our public procurement practice. She has extensive experience in advising tendering companies and governmental authorities in all aspects of public procurement both for contentious and non-contentious matters. Her focus areas include advising on information technology purchases and public-private partnership projects. She also provides counsel on state aid and European law issues. Prior to joining Krogerus, Terhi worked as the chief legal counsel of the Public Procurement Advisory Unit and served on the City Council of Helsinki, 2001–2004.
