Partner of the firm since 2006 in the tax area in the Mexico City office. Focuses on tax planning, consulting, and strategy, both nationally and internationally, including corporate and individual taxation, among others.
Member of and active participant in the Mexican Bar Association, the International Tax Committee of the College of Mexican Public Accountants, the National Association of Corporate Attorneys, IFA Mexico, the Mexican Chapter of the International Tax Association, and of the Fulbright Scholars Association.
Author of various articles and co-author of the book, "Introduction to International Taxation," College of Mexican Public Accountants, 2006.
Professor in undergraduate programs of the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and the Universidad Anahuac Law School as well as the masters programs at the Universidad Anahuac and Universidad Panamericana.
Graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico with specialized postgraduate studies at the Universidad Panamericana in intellectual property and in amparos, commercial, tax and administrative Law. Has a master's degree in international taxation from New York University and studied under a Fulbright Scholarship. Candidate for the Doctor of Laws Degree from the Universidad Panamericana.
