His experience has focused on the areas of Real Estate, Corporate Governance as well as planning and carrying out national and international transactions such as the formation of businesses, partnership agreements, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, investments, acquisitions, and public biddings at a national and international level, as well as advising on corporate governance matters.
