He graduated from Marlborough College, Wiltshire, England in 1989 and then obtained his law degree with an honors distinction from the Universidad Católica Boliviana Law School in La Paz, Bolivia in 1995.

Mr. Rojas holds a Post Graduate Degree in Corporate Law from the Universidad Andina Simón Bolivar, La Paz, Bolivia and also holds a Masters in Law (LL.M) from the University of Chicago Law School, where he won an award for Negotiating Skills.
