Sarah has over 19 years' experience advising on corporate and commercial law with a focus on infrastructure and energy clients. Sarah has particular expertise in upstream energy work, including the negotiation of contracts, management of disputes (including arbitration and through statute-appointed rulings panels), review of and submissions on regulatory matters including carbon and gas markets, and consideration and negotiation of acquisitions and divestments (potential and actual), including competition issues, commercial issues and contract documentation.
