Alberto de la Pena heads the Mexico Cross-Border Practice of Haynes and Boone. He has more than 14 years of experience in cross-border work with Mexico, including investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities transactions, financing, secured transactions, telecommunications, franchising and distribution. Mr. de la Pena also chairs the Financial Services Committee of the U.S.-Mexico Bar Association.
