Profile

In 1990 he joined Arthur Andersen, Asesores Legales y Tributarios (merged with Garrigues in 1997). He has been a partner of Garrigues since 2002.

He practiced tax and corporate/commercial law for fifteen years at Garrigues’ Madrid office, where he advised multinational groups, mainly in the area of tax planning for Spanish investments abroad and foreign investments in Spain. He has extensive experience in tax litigation proceedings.

He has managed Garrigues’ office in Casablanca since it opened in 2005.

Lecturer in tax law in various editions of the Advanced Course on Project and Construction Management at the Madrid Official Quantity Surveyors and Technical Architects Association.

Speaker at seminars and conferences on tax matters organized by, among others, the Institute for International Research, Instituto de Fomento Empresarial, Instituto de Estudios Fiscales, IFAES and the Mexican Certified Public Accountants Association of Mexico city.
