The first WSG Online Seminar was held on On March 7th for the North American and Caribbean regions. Recent Trends in Middle Market Mergers & Acquisitions, presented by Barry E. Steiner with Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. and Common Mistakes Made in the Formation of Alternative Entities in Delaware - Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, General Partnerships and Statutory Trusts, presented by Scott E. Waxman, Eric Feldman and Nick Froio with Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP were the two topics presented during the hour long seminar. This first WSG Online Seminar was a great success with over 25 WSG members in those regions participating giving way to WSG's intent to continue offering online seminars and expanding to additional opportunities for remote knowledge exchange.
