Ambers&Co. and Hunton & Williams LLP Collaborate on a Successful Acquisition.
In 2011, Ambers&Co., the Spanish investment bank member of WSG, completed the acquisition of the operating assets of Tifton Extrusions, Inc. a company based in Georgia (USA), advising Grupo Exlabesa from Spain, a multinational company in the aluminum extrusions industry.
Hunton & Williams provided corporate, legal, tax and environmental advisory in the acquisition assisting Grupo Exlabesa.
