Profile
Enric Carulla is the head of the Barcelona office criminal law practice. Specialized in White Collar Crime. Tax offenses; economic and corporate crime; environmental crime; offenses against workers’ rights; offenses against the public authorities.
Wide range of experience in anti-corruption criminal proceedings and related regulatory aspects in Spain, as well as in the design and implementation of criminal risk management systems, with the aim of preventing, identifying and, where appropriate, remedying any potential crimes that may arise within a business organization.

He lectures since 2010 on a Master’s Degree in law program, at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona.
