Profile

Bill Wilshusen has more than 30 years of experience in assisting developers and other clients with the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing and financing of retail, office, industrial and multi-family projects throughout the United States. He has spoken at seminars sponsored by the State Bar of Texas, the University of Texas, the University of Houston and professional education systems. He has also conducted seminars for clients of Haynes and Boone about subjects such as contracts of sale, construction contracts, leases and limited partnership agreements.
