Anjie Vichayanonda focuses her practice on trademark and copyright law, including counseling, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation.
Anjie has represented clients in federal litigation involving claims of trademark counterfeiting, trademark infringement, trademark dilution and unfair competition. She also routinely represents clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Anjie also worked in a key role managing the worldwide trademark portfolio for a well-known consumer products company. In addition, Anjie counsels businesses ranging from multinational Fortune 500 companies, startups, non-profit organizations, and government agencies regarding the clearance, selection, use, registration, and enforcement of trademarks on a worldwide basis. Anjie also negotiates and drafts IP licenses, consent agreements, assignments, and other IP-focused agreements; handles domain name issues and related disputes; and has extensive experience and expertise regarding advertising law, claim substantiation, and other issues regarding marketing and promotional activities.
Before joining Haynes and Boone, Anjie practiced law at a premier trademark and copyright boutique in Washington, D.C.
