Dr Mårten Knuts consults on domestic and cross-border corporate, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets and financial transactions as well as regulatory and compliance matters. He is renowned for his expertise in market manipulation in the securities market and consults on complex regulatory disputes. He is a professor of securities law at the University of Helsinki. Mr Knuts has previously worked for another leading law firm in Finland. He has also served on secondment for Linklaters in London and Kromann Reumert in Copenhagen.
