Chris de Bruyn is an associate in ENSafricaâ€™s tax department. He specialises in corporate and international tax, with particular focus on the taxation of controlled foreign companies, transfer pricing and the exchange control implications of inbound and outbound investments and group reorganisations, as well as tax dispute resolution matters.
Chris has acted for clients in a variety of sectors, including the retail, financial services, construction and telecommunications sectors.
His experience includes advising clients on the South African tax, transfer pricing and exchange control implications of local and cross-border investments.
Chris has also assisted multinationals in preparing transfer pricing documentation in accordance with the latest documentation requirements, including functional and economic analyses and benchmarking studies.
