Erin navigates her clients through the complexities of commercial transactions, including multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional facilities involving U.S. and non-U.S. entities. Erin has worked on billions of dollars of credit facilities to private equity funds, real estate development companies, and real estate investment trusts (REITs), secured by the capital commitments of fund investors. Erin also advises companies in connection with construction loans and permanent real estate-secured loans involving virtually every type of property use - raw land acquisition, industrial properties, hotels, and office and retail space.
A devoted advocate to diversity in the legal community, Erin is an active member of several organizations committed to the hiring, retention and promotion of diverse lawyers, including Haynes and Boone's Attorney Diversity and Inclusion Committee, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Diversity Committee, where she served as co-chair for two consecutive terms, the Women's Finance Exchange of Dallas, where she served on the Board for two consecutive terms, and the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Women's Leadership Council.
