George's practice focuses on commercial litigation in state and federal courts. His recent experience includes business torts and trademark litigation, as well as representing clients in litigation over property taxes. George regularly represents clients in numerous jurisdictions both in and outside the State of Texas.

Significant AccomplishmentsSuccessfully defended client in federal court against motions to compel arbitration; Representing international client in federal trademark litigation against allegations of infringement and unjust enrichment; Defended clients in state tax court against allegations of delinquent property taxes; Represented national debt-settlement corporation in defending and asserting claims of professional malpractice, fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty against its former attorneys; Defended leading fast-food chain against allegations of breach of lease agreement and fraud; Represented clients in forcible entry and detainer suits in Dallas County, Texas; Drafted successful motions for attorneys' fees and costs while representing franchisor against former franchisee in trademark dispute; Defended Australian mineral exploration company against allegations of breach of contract and quantum meruit in Dallas County District Court; Represented out-of-state clients in domesticating and enforcing foreign judgments in the State of Texas; On a pro bono basis, collaborated with the non-profit Human Rights Initiative to assist a client in applying for a visa under the federal Violence Against Women Act.
