Profile

Gerald L. Aben is a member of the Health Care Practice Group in Dykema's Ann Arbor office. Mr. Aben's practice has been focused on representing health care clients, including health systems, ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs), physician groups, and home health care providers on a range of corporate and regulatory matters. In particular, Mr. Aben's practice has included acquisitions and mergers, corporate formation and governance, and regulatory compliance.

In addition to his legal practice, immediately following law school, Mr. Aben received an appointment to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as a Presidential Management Fellow where he primarily focused on budget and policy issues affecting that agency's Office of Public Health Preparedness and Response.
