Katarina is an Independent Attorney at Law in cooperation with Karanovic & Partners as a Partner in the Banking & Finance Practice Group. She advises clients on all aspects of banking and finance law and in particular her expertise lies in project finance, restructuring and refinancing as well as securities and financial derivatives trading. She has advised clients in many major infrastructure transactions in Serbia and has extensive experience in transactions involving international banks and leading financial institutions, advising both lenders and the borrowers in a wide range of industries. She also specializes in the areas of payment services, crowdfunding, insurance business and FX transactions.
