Kevin Markman is an Executive at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice. He specialises in local and cross-border M&A in industries such as mining, financial services, retail, FMCG, gaming and security. 

He has deep expertise in private equity, including legal due diligence in anticipation of acquisitions by PE funds of portfolio companies, portfolio and investment structuring, regulatory approvals, management incentives, recapitalisations following altered investment horizons or other changed circumstances, disposal of portfolio companies, IPOs and other exit strategies. 

In addition, he advises in relation to takeovers, corporate reorganisations and restructuring, corporate finance, B-BBEE empowerment ventures, stock exchange, equity capital markets, securities law and JSE/TRP/Regulatory work.
