Marcos Payssé, lawyer, mainly works in the Corporate / M&A and Banking Department. He is a Professor of the graduate and postgraduate courses of Banking Law and Securities Regulation at the Law School of the Universidad de Montevideo. He has been invited as a Professor of the Clinic Course on Antitrust of the Law School of the Universidad de Montevideo.

He obtained a Master in Laws (LL.M.) in Securities and Financial Regulation at Georgetown University Law Center (2009). His experience includes the participation in financing transactions, public and private securities offerings, banking transactions in general, mergers and acquisitions and antritrust.
