Natalie is an associate in the firm's Insurance Coverage and Business Litigation Practice Groups. Natalie is a trial lawyer who represents clients in commercial litigation, with a focus on coverage litigation and disputes. Natalie also counsels policyholders on insurance and indemnity issues.

Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Natalie worked for years with commercial developers in south Florida on new construction developments and condo-conversion projects and also with national manufacturers. Her professional experience gives her a client-centered view and understanding of the "big picture."

Significant Accomplishments

Effectively prosecuting bad faith claims and Texas Insurance Code violations related to alleged claims mishandling in arbitration for construction clients;

Successfully arguing against and defeating summary judgment in federal court in an action involving deceptive trade practices and fraudulent inducement;

Conducting deposition of plaintiff as defense counsel for tort claim;

Advising clients on the handling of large insurance claims after natural disasters;

Counseling international client on the insurance and warranty implications of national product roll-outs;

Counseling clients on the insurance implications of proposed settlement agreements;

Advising clients on professional liability litigation and the coverage provided by their insurance policies.
