He renders advisory services to financial institutions, corporate organizations, government agencies and multinational companies on insolvency, restructuring and turnaround of companies, mergers and acquisition, scheme of arrangement and compromise, winding up petition, receivership and bankruptcy. He advises on compliance with statutory regulations by the insolvent managers.
