Paul Nina specializes in tax law, transfer pricing and tax procedures.

He provides legal counseling in compliance with formal obligations of transfer pricing and transactions conducted by related parties before the Tax Authority.

He represents clients in control and claim procedures before the Tax Authority, as well as appeals of administrative authorities to the Tax Court.

Paul is researcher of the International Tax Law Research Group of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, and authored articles about transfer pricing published in specialized journals on the matter.

He is assistant professor at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru and an extraordinary member of Themis Civil Association.
