Mr. Cordero is head of Pacheco Coto/Enlace Environmental Law Division, considered the foremost environmental law experts in the Central American region, counseling corporate clients, public institutions and non-governmental organizations at the local and international level on the environmental and regulatory framework, providing comprehensive legal counsel, technological services and effective preventive advice on environmental compliance, law enforcement, and sustainable use of natural resources to local and international companies in Costa Rica, Central and South America ( including Argentina, and Ecuador).
