Sameer Saxena is an associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Securities and Energy Practice Groups in the Houston office of Haynes and Boone. Sameer has a broad multidisciplinary practice that includes experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, general corporate and partnership matters, SEC reporting obligations for public companies and the negotiation of commercial contracts.
