Profile

Managing Partner Simon Malko brings more than 20 years of court room and law firm experience to his leadership role at Morris, Manning, and Martin, LLP.

Simon is implementing a strategic plan that prioritizes firm strategic growth, especially through lateral hiring, while maintaining and cultivating the firm’s distinctive culture.

This strategic vision also amplifies the firm’s core values of outstanding client service and supporting and developing the talents of junior lawyers. As the third and youngest managing partner in the firm’s 42-year history, Simon’s approach is to leverage technology and innovation to position the firm for the new challenges and opportunities.

As Chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice and Firm General Counsel, Simon led diverse teams of attorneys and staff to obtain court room victories, meet business development and revenue targets, and make operating decisions with critical strategic value for the firm.

A leading voice in the legal industry, Simon is also a frequent writer and lecturer on litigation issues and legal ethics.
