I have been involved in a number of high profile public M&A transactions and capital raisings, including initial public offerings (IPOs) and secondary raisings.

I advise across a broad range of industries, including agriculture, life sciences, professional services, IT, FMCG, resources and mining, travel and pharmaceuticals and always provide clear, concise and commercial advice to meet my clients’ needs.

Career highlights

  • Mayne Pharma Group Limited: Counselled the pharmaceutical company in relation to its $888 million underwritten placement and pro-rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer to fund the acquisition of various pharmaceutical products in the US.
  • BWX Limited: Advised in relation to its $50m placement and share purchase plan.
  • Agriculture Capital Fund: Advised on its $25m acquisition and management of a citrus orchard and farm aggregation and packaging and distribution joint venture.
  • Felix Group Holdings Limited: Advised in relation to its $12m initial public offering and listing on ASX.
  • BARD1 Life Sciences Limited: Advised on its all scrip acquisition of Sienna Cancer Diagnostics Limited.
  • Evans Dixon Limited: Initial public offering and ASX listing of Evans Dixon Limited which raised approximately $170 million.
  • Elders Limited: Advised on Elders Limited's A$187M acquisition AIRR Holdings Limited by scheme of arrangement and $137M capital raising.
  • Wellcom Group Limited: Advised on the A$265.8 million acquisition of 85% of Wellcom Group Limited by Innocean Worldwide Inc by way of scheme of arrangement.
  • SMEC Holdings Limited: Advised the engineering and construction company on its $451 million sale to Surbana Jurong Private Limited (a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings Private Limited) by scheme of arrangement.
  • Warrnambool Cheese & Butter Factory Company Holdings Limited: Counselled the manufacturer in responding to competing takeover offers from Bega Cheese (hostile), Saputo (recommended) and Murray Goulburn Co-Operative Limited (unsolicited) and previous joint venture arrangements with National Foods Limited.
