Ms. Poroschuk focuses on banking, finance and securities practice, corporate and commercial law, and M&A. She regularly advises on various corporate issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and launching its business activities. Ms. Poroschuk participated in various due diligence investigations, both on the buy and sell sides, assisted with the drafting of real estate acquisition documentation, and performed subsequent registration proceedings.

Professional Activities and Experience
Prior to joining the firm Ms. Poroschuk worked as an associate with the Silecky Firm, PC (affiliated with Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P.) where she participated in projects involving legal matters of antitrust, tax, corporate, contract, securities and mass media law. She also represented clients in M&A and foreign investment transactions and advised foreign companies on establishing their presence in Ukraine.
