Tim Desmond is an Executive at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.  He specialises in mergers and acquisitions and general commercial law.

Tim acts for leading international and local clients across various industries, including transport and logistics, ports and terminals, rail, manufacturing, retail, financial services, private equity, and shipping.

Tim’s experience includes commercial contracts, company law, corporate structuring and restructuring, transport and logistics, cross border transactions including transactions throughout Africa, stock exchange transactions, financial markets and securities legislation, corporate finance and the implementation of black economic empowerment transactions.
