Ms. Jin had spent six years practicing law with Jun He Law Offices before she joined Han Kun Law Offices. Ms. Jin is specialised in legal services regarding foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, labor law, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Jin graduated from Beijing International Studies University with a Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Literature. In 1995, she received an LL.B. Degree from China University of Political Science and Law. Ms. Jin also received an LL.M. Degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Chiba University Law School in 2000. During her period of attendance at Chiba University, she investigated the legal issues concerning foreign interests in Matsuo&Kosugi Law Offices in Tokyo.
