LAWIN Acted as Joint Counsel in a Major Syndicated Financing Transaction

LAWIN Tallinn acted as joint counsel for the syndicate of Scandinavian banks and AS SEB Pank, as facility and security agent, and the borrower, Viru Keemia Grupp AS, the largest manufacturer of shale oil and chemicals in Estonia, in a EUR 150,000,000 syndicated financing transaction. This transaction relates to financing of the borrower’s investments into construction and equipping of new oil plant and several other projects. LAWIN assisted the parties with preparation of relevant financing documents and in connection with all aspects of Estonian law.
