Krogerus Advises Intera Partners on its Investment in Infrastructure Contractor Fin-Seula

Krogerus advised private equity firm Intera Partners on the investment by Intera Fund II in Finnish infrastructure contractor Fin-Seula. Fin-Seula offers turn-key deliveries for foundation and concrete construction, as well as traffic network construction. Fin-Seula is a shareholder in KFS Finland, which offers special foundation services such as stabilisation. The two companies’ combined sales in 2013 were over EUR 50 million.
