Krogerus advises Diacor and its shareholders

Krogerus advised health-care service provider Diacor and its shareholders on the transaction documentation relating to LocalTapiola’s investment in Diacor. Following the investment, LocalTapiola General Mutual Insurance Company and LocalTapiola Mutual Life Insurance Company will together own a 12.5% stake in Diacor, while the remaining shares will continue to be owned by the Helsinki Deaconess Institute Foundation.

Diacor is the market leader in occupational health-care services in the Helsinki metropolitan area, owning a chain of 13 medical centres and a private hospital. Krogerus was mandated by the Helsinki Deaconess Institute Foundation and LocalTapiola jointly.
