Krogerus advises Sweden-based Boliden on its acquisition of mine and exploration rights in Finland for USD 95 million

Krogerus advised Boliden AB (publ) on the Finnish-law aspects of its agreement with the Australian Altona Mining Limited to purchase the Kylylahti copper mine, the exploration rights and the copper/nickel deposits in the Outokumpu field in eastern Finland. The transaction value is USD 95 million.

Boliden is a metals company based in Sweden. Its shares trade on NASDAQ OMX Nordic.
