Krogerus advises Suomi on its disposal of Finsilva stake

Krogerus advised Suomi Mutual Life Assurance Company on its disposal of a stake of approximately 39.5% in Finsilva Oyj to Taaleritehtaan Metsärahasto II Ky, a fund established by group companies of Taaleritehdas Plc.

Finsilva’s main business is timber production and sales. The company holds some 135,000 hectares of forestland, making it one of the largest owners of forest assets in Finland.
