Krogerus advises ABN AMRO on its market entry into Finland and acquisition of wind farm projects with YARD ENERGY

Krogerus is advising ABN AMRO Bank N.V. on its entrance into the Finnish market and the acquisition of two wind farm projects together with its joint venture partner YARD ENERGY Group B.V.
The wind farm projects are located in the southern Ostrobothnia region of Finland.
ABN AMRO is a retail and commercial bank headquartered in the Netherlands. YARD ENERGY is a Netherlands-based company that develops, finances and manages wind parks.
