Krogerus advised lenders Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken and Danske Bank on their financing of a wind power park in Siikajoki, Finland owned by Vartinoja I Ky.
The sponsors of Vartinoja I Ky are LähiTapiola, through its wind power fund Tuulitapiola Ky, and TuuliSaimaa Oy.
The wind park will have nine turbines, each capable of producing 2.7 megawatts of power. The investment value is roughly EUR 42 million.
