Krogerus advises the sole global co-ordinator and bookrunner and the other managers on Outokumpu’s EUR 250,000,000 convertible bond

Krogerus advised Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, acting as sole global co-ordinator and bookrunner, and the other managers on Finnish law in connection with the offering of Outokumpu’s EUR 250,000,000 senior unsecured convertible bonds.

Settlement and delivery of the bonds took place on 26 February 2015.

The bonds are due in February 2020, carry a coupon of 3.25% per annum, and are convertible into ordinary shares of Outokumpu.

In addition to Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, the firm also advised BNP PARIBAS, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Nordea Bank Danmark A/S, Pohjola Bank plc, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, acting as co-lead managers for the offering.
