Singer Piccola Joins MMM’s Corporate Technology Group as Partner

Atlanta (July 8, 2014) – The Corporate Technology Practice at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP has added an experienced corporate finance partner, Amie Singer Piccola. Singer Piccola focuses on transactions for growing companies in the areas of M&A, private equity, venture capital and debt financings.

Singer comes to MMM from Jones Day, where she advised clients, including several leading companies on the West Coast, on major corporate finance deals. In addition to excelling in financing deals for emerging growth and start-up companies, she has extensive experience in a broad range of transactions. These include venture capital and private equity fund formation and investments, public and private debt offerings, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged capitalization and buy-outs, strategic planning, joint ventures, corporate governance, compliance and general business counseling. Clients work in areas including medical devices, life science and biotechnology, media, communications, hardware, software, service, healthcare, wireless and telecommunications.
