Hosted by Legal Week in association with The City of London Law Society, the prestigious awards honor the achievements of the top business law professionals and firms throughout the UK.

Shoosmiths was named UK Law Firm of the Year based upon its highly successful 2014-15 financial year and consistent achievement in Legal Week’s flagship research reports. Shoosmiths is a major UK law firm with a network of offices working together as one national team, who has, over recent years become a £102.7m turnover firm.

WSG also congratulates member firms A&L Goodbody, a finalist for European Law Firm of the Year and Bedell Cristin, a finalist for Offshore Law Firm of the Year.

Winners of this year’s British Legal Awards were decided by an independent judging panel chaired by City of London Law Society chairman Alasdair Douglas and made up of general counsel and other senior members of the legal community.
