Han Kun represented Meituan Dianping in acquiring Qiandai.com. Qiandai.com is one of the first companies to obtain a third-party payment license issued by the People's Bank of China. Qiandai.com mainly provides integrated payment solutions for small business. The scope of the payment license includes Internet payments, mobile phone payments, and bank card acquiring services, which makes Qiandai.com an important partner of major commercial banks.
Han Kun, as legal counsel to Meituan Dianping, primarily assisted in the design of the transaction structure, due diligence, drafting and revising transaction documents, and negotiating and closing the deal.
