The law firm Pacheco Coto proudly announces its new and innovative platform “Legaloop”, aimed at start-ups, SMEs, young entrepreneurs, and other informed consumers. The goal of the platform is to facilitate the acquisition of legal services, in a secure, quick, and easy way.

The website www.legaloopcr.com will be a link between the public and specialized lawyers, which will allow consumers interested in the legal products offered to make immediate purchases, request quotations for certain services, and initiate short-term processes, all online on a computer or mobile phone.

According to Ana Sáenz, project manager and attorney at Pacheco Coto, “Legaloop offers a new way to acquire legal products and services, taking into account the budget and time constraints of these consumers while meeting their business needs”. In Costa Rica there is currently no tool similar to Legaloop, despite the increasing need for accessible legal assistance that young entrepreneurs have in a rapidly changing market.

To use the platform, the only step needed is to create a user and complete a form with the relevant information depending on the service required. After submitting the form, a service representative from Legaloop will coordinate processing of the purchase order with the legal experts, who in turn will contact the user to fulfill the order.

Some of the many legal products and services offered on the Legaloop platform include incorporation of companies, registration at diverse government offices, operating permits and licenses, powers of attorney, certifications, intellectual property management, and different contracts including, among others, lease agreements, employment agreements and distribution agreements. All products on the website have a general explanation that allows the informed consumer to make a decision about which product best fits their specific needs. Additionally, users can always contact a customer service representative through the live chat for technical difficulties or request a call with a specialized attorney for legal counsel.
