Main areas of practice: Antitrust/Competition, European Union and European Economic Area (EEA) law.
Head of EU- and Competition department. Experienced in handling cases before the Norwegian Competition Authority, European Courts, the EFTA Surveillance Authority and the Commission. In addition to Competition law, the practice also comprise state aid and public procurement cases.
The practice group works for national and international clients within the energy and utilities sectors, media, traditional industries, IT- and services. Current clients include Exxon, SAS, Yara International ASA and a number of other international and national corporations (airline industries, shipping, off-shore services, et sec). Juuhl-Langseth has thus represented clients in a number of cases before the competition authorities in Brussels and Norway, and has litigated cases in the EFTA Court and Court of First Instance / European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.

Juuhl-Langseth has pleaded and represented clients before the European Court of Justice, the EFTA Court, The European Commission and The EFTA Surveillance Authority in various matters related to EU, EEA and Competition Law. His practice comprises national competition law and procedures before the Norwegian Competition Authority (Konkurransetilsynet) as well as other appeal bodies related to unfair competition.

He is also one of the co-authors of "Konkurrenceretten i EU" ("EU-
Competition Law", presently the EU Competition Law curriculum at,

Langseth is regularly used as a lecturer by the Norwegian Bar Association on European Law related topics.
