His expertise includes sales and acquisitions, tax effective structuring, joint ventures, partnerships, property syndication, development agreements, project management agreements, site amalgamations, due diligence, commercial leasing, management rights, and childcare centre acquisitions and disposals.

David has represented the Property Council of Australia on several reviews of Queensland's body corporate legislation and has also prepared detailed submissions on their behalf.
